Obliquon Corporation ("we", "us") operates this website as an institutional showcase for our studio and our products. We collect as little data as possible. This page explains what is processed, why, and what your rights are.
01 // DATA WE PROCESS
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and delivery purposes. We do not use this data to identify visitors.
- Anonymous analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to measure aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, country). No personal profiles are built, and no data is shared with advertising networks.
- Email correspondence. If you write to us (press, support, creators), we process your email address and the content of your message solely to answer you.
02 // WHAT WE DO NOT DO
- No advertising trackers, no profiling cookies, no sale of personal data.
- No newsletter or marketing lists unless you explicitly request to be added.
- No collection of data from minors — this site is not directed at children.
03 // THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This site links to external platforms — Steam (store page), Discord (community server) and font delivery via Google Fonts. When you follow those links or load those resources, the respective providers process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
04 // LEGAL BASIS & RETENTION
We process technical and correspondence data on the basis of legitimate interest (site security, answering your inquiries). Email threads are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, then archived or deleted.

Under applicable data-protection law (including the EU GDPR), you may request access, rectification, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
