AI TRANSPARENCY.
Obliquon Corporation builds with artificial intelligence and says so openly. This page describes where AI operates in our pipeline and our products, and how we label AI-generated content. It reflects the transparency principles of the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689, Art. 50).
01 // AI IN OUR PIPELINE
Obliquon operates as a small architect-led cell. Development work — code, tooling, iteration, documentation — is delegated to a network of orchestrated AI agents, each accountable to a deterministic logic engine. All design decisions, direction and shipped output are reviewed and approved by humans before release.
02 // AI IN OUR PRODUCTS
EQUILIBRIUM is an AI-driven simulation: operators issue directives in natural language, and an orchestrated network of specialized AI agents evaluates them through the proprietary Prompt-to-Law engine. This is disclosed by design — interacting with AI is the core of the experience, and the game and its store page state it plainly.
- No hidden AI actors: agents and their roles are visible in the simulation interface.
- Deterministic evaluation: outcomes trace back to signed directives and an auditable ruleset — no scripted events, no hidden modifiers.
- Product-specific AI disclosures are also provided where required by distribution platforms (e.g. Steam's AI-use disclosure).
03 // AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Where we publish content that is fully or partially AI-generated — imagery, video, audio or text on this site or on our channels — we label it as such, in line with emerging EU labelling practice. Content that is part of the creative work itself (in-game content) is covered by the disclosure above, applied so as not to hamper the experience of the work.
04 // WHAT THIS SITE DOES NOT DO
- This website contains no chatbots, profiling systems, or AI systems that interact with visitors.
- No emotion recognition, no biometric systems, no automated decision-making about visitors.
